Updates to Trex Fencing Technical Drawings
We have published new drawings of Trex fencing to correct inaccuracies in the original documents, update information for changes in design, and add new elevations for Trex Horizons horizontal fencing. Please visit our Literature Center to access the updated drawings.
While Trex Fencing is commonly used on residential properties, it is also a fence for light commercial applications. Architects and specifiers use Trex fencing when privacy is required but a softer, less expensive structure is preferred over masonry. The durability of Trex fencing combined with its low-maintenance attributes make it a perfect solution for many types of commercial projects such as barriers between residential and commercial shopping spaces, utility enclosures, decorative screens for outdoor eating areas, etc. The drawings for Trex fencing are useful resources to help users designate the correct configurations for a project’s needs.
The technical drawings are available in both PDF format for quick visual reference and in DWG format for use with three dimensional CAD design software. Drawings have been created for fence elevations for Seclusions from 2′ tall to 12′ tall and Horizons from 2′ tall to 8′ tall plus a design for a 12′ tall fence which can be modified for heights from 9′-11′. There are also new drawings for gates and gate hardware. The drawings contain a list of materials used for each elevation and nominal lengths of each component.
Installation instructions are also located in our Literature Center along with testing data and warranty sheets. For more information on the Trex fencing product, please Contact Us.
